For a full listing, with a 350 word max. description supplied by you, including up to four images supplied by you, and your price list, (prints 2 or less pages of A4), and your own enquiry form, all with an indirect link back to your own website £220.

Don't forget the saying "A picture paints a thousands words". To ensure our site visitors gain the most accurate and transparent impression of your accommodation, you must supply photographs of the interior, including at least one bedroom shot. Without at least one such an interior shot you will not be accepted for inclusion on Cornishlight. You must also of course supply the description of your accommodation.

To avoid any duplicate content penalty that the like of Google might choose to kick in, it would be best if copy was not taken in wholesale chunks from either your own site or any other advertisements you have elsewhere on the net.

N.B. Our Prices include: a reasonable number of minor updates each year. Based on you providing us with the text either in word format, or via email, and you supplying your images in .jpg format. To ensure your listing will be fast in downloading its total size will be no more than 85kb. Note: a listing on Cornishlight is not a search engine positioning service and you will not use it as such.

Period Two and on- contact us for renewal prices. We may offer you renewal but reserve the right not to do so. We must point out that certain sections are presently oversubscribed. We are delighted and somewhat humbled to state that a very high percentage of our Clients wish to renew each year. We must however stress that “past performance does not indicate future performance”.

Renewal offers are likely to be based on popularity, the more popular your listing, the higher the renewal offer. Overall site impressions are independently monitored, as is traffic to many listings pages. Thank you.
