Welcome to the Green Door Cottages. You can be sure of a wonderful time at the Green Door Cottages and Tregudda Apartments - nestling in the beautiful, secluded cove of Port Gaverne, close to the ancient North Cornish fishing village of Port Isaac. ETC 3 to 4 stars gradings.

Port Gaverne, and much of the surrounding countryside, is owned and administered by the National Trust - an oasis of tranquility, well off the beaten track, with fabulous walks and one of the most spectacular coastlines in the country.

The beach is great for families, with excellent, safe swimming in crystal clear waters and lots of rock pools and caves to explore. Our local, the Port Gaverne Hotel, dates back to the 17th century and specialises in local produce, particularly sea food. Choose from the bar menu and have it delivered to your door!

Our Accommodation. Green Door Cottages is a delightful collection of restored 18th century Cornish buildings, including cottages and a traditional cob barn originally used by local fishermen. All the accommodation is self-contained on one or two storeys and built around a sunny enclosed courtyard garden.

Green Door Cottages - Relax in style Each cottage is attractively and comfortably furnished with Victorian pine and original paintings. Marigold, Torca and Courtyard - each sleeps 4 (1 double bedroom, 1 twin). Shrub - sleeps 4 (1 double, 2 single bedrooms). Rose - sleeps 4 (1 double, 1 twin bedroom). Jasmine - sleeps 3 (1 double, 1 single bedroom). Rashleigh and Thrift - Thrift - sleeps 2 (1 double bedroom) with shower room. Rashleigh - sleeps 6 (2 doubles, 1 twin bedroom) with shower room and separate second toilet.

Some cottages have wood burning stoves, with logs provided.
Electric/gas, linen and towels included in the price.

Waterfront Holiday Apartment Cornwall

Tregudda Apartments - two lovely, self-contained apartments in an elevated position, with fabulous views over Port Isaac Bay and the delightful cove of Port Gaverne. Tregudda Apartments - fabulous views for larger families and groups.

Sunbathe or swim in crystal-clear waters from the small beach, or explore the North Cornwall Heritage Coast - one of the most picturesque and staggeringly beautiful stretches of coastline in the country.

If you are planning a break out of season, check out our special 'per person' rates. Upper and Lower Tregudda are ideal for large families and group get-togethers. We can accommodate up to 16 people - eight in each apartment.

Sailing, waterskiing and windsurfing at Rock - take the ferry over to Padstow (19 miles by car)
The beautiful St Enodoc church at Trebetherick - the last resting place of Poet Laureate, Sir John Betjeman.
Boscastle with its ancient harbour.
